What if I’m currently in a contract?

At Sector 7 Energy, we provide a “Future Date” option that will allow you to lock in a new price today for when your contract expires. This will ensure a smooth transition from one provider to the next and will secure your price for the future. When the market conditions are right, you can take advantage of saving today’s price for a later date!

What if I’m not satisfied with what Sector 7 Energy offers?

It is not often that a client is not satisfied with the options we present, but if it does happen, we understand. At the end of the day, our goal is to give you honest facts and let you choose. If you have a better option elsewhere, we will support your decision.

Who reads my meter once I switch?

It does not matter which Retail Electric Provider you switch to, the local Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) will not change. Your TDSP will continue their responsibility of maintaining the meter that delivers and measures the electricity your property consumes. Your delivery will always stay with your local TDSP.

Who do I call if I have a power outage?

In the case of a power outage, the number to call is located on your electricity bill. Your local Transmission Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) will restore your power and also assist in the restoration of your neighbors’ power. They have the ability to help you and they will do so. It does not matter who your retail energy provider is, the TDSP will always help.
